Trojan.Vundo.H Gives Mom Heck!

Recommended Posts

On the second day my son had his computer, I was notifed (through parental controls) of a file download called gateway.php from www.ngads.com. Malwarebytes discovered Trojan.Vundo.H in both the file and the memory module at c:\windows\system32\kerotuni.dll. Malwarebytes can't delete it. And I tried regedit, searched for the file, and something popped up that could not be deleted. I've searched internet and there are all these complicated instructions about renaming files and different types of boots -- I'm a novice and it would be disaster if I tried to do these things. Is there a simple way to fix this? Also, it's been on his computer for a week now, and I've tried to delete it with Malwarebytes about a dozen times. What are the risks?

I'm a novice so if there is anyone who can give me advice for a dummy, I would be very greatful.
