BSOD when running Malware Bytes, Malware Detected

Hi, I've been getting a number of runtime errors and when I tried to run Malware Bytes I was given a blue screen. Before my system reset I had 37 infected files found but I can't clean them because my system crashed before the scan was over.

Is there anything in this log that you can see causing issues?

The first scan I ran I got a blue screen of death and my system was forced to restart before the scan completed and remove Malware. This was unusual because I don't get blue screens when I'm on the computer normally.

When I updated Malware Bytes like you asked and ran the scan again I was given a runtime error that forced my computer to restart. Both times Malware Bytes has detected Malware but can't correct it because my system has had to restart before any of the scans finish.

I keep getting run time errors at random points while I'm on this laptop that forces me to restart my system. I can be doing anything and Windows will restart because of a

Download Combofix from this webpage: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

--------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Close any open browsers.

2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

  • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.

Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
