naemates88 Posted December 30, 2009 ID:177067 Share Posted December 30, 2009 Please help - I have been trying for the last four days to fix my PC and I am close to throwing it out the window.It constantly freezes and crashes my browsers - I have tried everything I can to fix itThe last log I managed to get out of my malaware bytes said I had a MalwarePacker infection - now I cant connect to malawarebytes at all-it just freezes!!I have tried to reinstall loads of times but it gets stuck when trying to connect for updatesPlease help Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.When the window appears, underneath Extra Registry change it to Use SafeList.Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTListIt.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply.
