Can not Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

hi, i had this pop up error few days ago and now windows wont load and i am in safe mode now and can not lauch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

what should i do ? i believe i am infected with a virus.

i had to rename the exe before installation of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware too..

some one please help
