Mbam Install Error 704 Win2k

I get 2 of these errors trying to install, run and uninstall Mbam. It does install but won't run and happens in safe mode as well. The VB runtimes are installed and I've tried the mbam-clean, rename and random name procedures. There's no obvious malware problems either, Thanks.
