TrendMicro OfficeScan

I noticed recently that every PC on my network appears to have the same three infected files. Upon further ivnestigation, I discovered these files do not actually exist on any machine, neither do the reg keys associated with this virus (according to the TrendMicro database)

When I uninstall the TrendMicro Officescan client (which all my machines have), MBAM no longer tells me I am infected. I am assuming this is a conflict between officescan and MBAM?
