i searched around for a good while trying to figure out what/why this happened, and no luck. hope this helps.

Are you experiencing any issues that might indicate that you're infected? Are your searches being redirected?

One time, and not yet again. MBAM found C:\Users\DrAnal\AppData\Local\Temp\wbemperf.exe (Trojan.Downloader) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

I have rebooted once only, and no further instances. MBAM updating correctly, etc. No unusual processes running.

Well if the problem is not recurring and your current MBAM and your own Anti-Virus scans are coming back clean then you should be okay.
