on my other computer account, i found malware about 3 days ago, and ever since i have not been able to access any websites except malware.com when internet explorer opens up it starts to load the page than goes to a screen that says that i'm not connected to the internet even tho i'm logged into msn messenger and on the internet now. i uploaded malwarebytes on this account and it found 15 new files. but i still am not able to access the internet on the other account. anyone know what i can do? oh also when i try to use the help button or the update button on malware i get the error code 732 (12029, 0)

Verifiy that you don't have a proxy setting setup. Select Internet Options applet. Select the connections tab. Click LAN Settings. Uncheck any Proxy server that may be set. This should resolve your issue. ;)

Hello latravant,

We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someon has replied to your post.

Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org

Regards,

swagger
