Browser redirect still -- need help, new

Recommended Posts

Hi, All:

Have had this issue for about two weeks. A friend supposedly fixed and well, it is the same rootkit.

I use Google Chrome, sometimes IE. I have a Vista OS. Before I install and run the stuff in your pinned topics,,,I wanted to double check with you to make sure I am doing the right things. Kinda new to this hijack repair stuff and will follow your instructions. And my issue seems the same as many other posts.

Please tell me what else you need and here's the Malwarebytes log. The System32 file will not delete and the redirect continues.
