mbam.exe is infected err msg

I have downloaded and installed but while executing I am getting the erro rmessage that "Application can not be executed.The file mbam.exe is infected.Do you want to activate your antivirus software" This is the fake windows security error message coming..

How to proceed now.all exe files are like this only nothing is working except fire fox browser.Please advise.

wmiprvse.exe is effected.. and going to www.porno.org website..

Hi,

Please rename mbam.exe to explorer.exe or winlogon.exe or svchost.exe, hence, even firefox.exe should work since the malware you are dealing with allows that process.

Then try to run the renamed mbam again.

Post the log in your next reply.

Also post a HijackThislog (you may need to rename it as well )
