Yes, it would work whether you're connecting through links in your browser on Twitter or any other website because it blocks any connection to the malicious IP's in its database, regardless of the source. That also goes for other programs on your computer, not just your browser, for example, should your IM client try to connect to a malicious IP for some reason, Malwarebytes' would block it as well.

You're very welcome :)

And yes, that would apply to AOL or any other program on your computer, something very handy should you ever be infected by a trojan, as it could potentially block the trojan from connecting to a malicious site to download more nastiness onto your system or uploading your personal information.
