hello staff, i have some serious problems with my computer. It often suddenly stops working. The programs stop responding and pc hangs. I have to push the restart button to get it back in normal mode. my net surfing speed has also gotten slow to what it was before. pages take very long to open. and also please suggest some powerful tool to get rid of all the unnecessary files and folders on my pc, including cookies n history. Necessary advice and suggestions required.

i scanned with malwarebytes, it didnt found any infected keys. yeah kaspersky i changed to custom settings n nw pc is working fine hopefully.. thanks fr the help..

and also please suggest some powerful tool to get rid of all the unnecessary files and folders on my pc, including cookies n history.

I recommend Ccleaner:

If you use it, I suggest NOT to use the "registry cleaning" option, as this is always a risk.
