yet another "can't connect to internet" thread!

so i ran a quick scan on a work system and it found 6 things. i removed them and rebooted and now magically no internet. i've roamed the internet for a couple hours looking for answers and have tried most everthing to no avail. so here i am! here is the log that came from the scan:
