error message 721 (0,14)

Hi

I have got infected by a number of trojans and when I run the full scan I get this error message 721 (0,14) - what does it mean.

I also ran a quick scan and it went through ok but when I selected to remove the effected files it started doing so and then the app locked up. What does this mean?

The first response that I can find in our (and M/soft) data bank (0,14 is M/soft) is a clean Un/re install - The full instructions for the best way is to follow item #7 in the link I have provided below from one of our FAQ sections -
