Infection found, no action taken

After a full scan, the scanner said it found 1 infected file, but did not quarantine it. This was the info saved to the log:

Files Infected:

C:\Documents and Settings\Sally\Application Data\Save\SaveUninst.exe (Trojan.Agent) -> No action taken.

Why was there no action taken? Is this safe for me to remove?

you have to click the button "remove selected" after scan to quarantine the infection, so scan again and click the button

Here is the typical canned message on running the program for removal.

Update and Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

• Start MalwareBytes AntiMalware (Vista users must Right click and choose RunAs Admin)
  
• Please DO NOT run MBAM in Safe Mode unless requested to, you MUST run it in normal Windows mode.
  
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    
  • Select the Update tab
    
  • Click Update
