Last Friday I ran a full scan with MalwareBytes and the scan found 2 instances of Trojan.hbo.

They were located at

Registry Keys Infected:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{4a8ae8e3-0405-4984-a1b5-6fe1244a29be} (Trojan.BHO) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{4a8ae8e3-0405-4984-a1b5-6fe1244a29be} (Trojan.BHO) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

both instances were successfully deleted and I reran a full scan. No problems were detected on the rescan. Should I change my passwords due to this infection?
