exile360 #2 Posted December 14, 2009 If you check the list of sites hosted on that IP address here: http://domainbyip.com/64.135.77.30/ that is likely the reason.By the way, it appears that for some reason PREVX detects your product as malware. You should probably contact them as well.I also found this on siteadvisor: http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/funutilities.com/summary/These sites all share the same IP address as your own and are all listed in the HPHosts database:funscreensaverscentral.comfunutilities.comscreensavers.funutilities.comHPHosts DB entry for funscreensaverscentral.comHPHosts DB entry for funutilities.comHPHosts Db entry for screensavers.funutilities.com

MysteryFCM #4 Posted December 14, 2009 Crawler has long been considered spyware at best, and you're not helping yourself with this lot;http://www.robtex.com/cnet/64.135.77.htmlAnd need I point out this one?system-protect.comI'm sure I don't need to tell you what's wrong with that one. Or perhaps this one, which given the domain name, is about as mis-leading as it can get.404-errorpage.comIndeed, I've never seen a single legit "Xacti Corporation" website yet.Oh and, the "Spyware Terminator Safe Software Certified" "award" on;http://download.funutilities.com/install/s...nutilities*com/.... doesn't really work when Spyware Terminator is FROM THE SAME VENDOR! And we see the same behaviour at;http://www.crawlersmileys.com/download.aspxWhich states;Spyware Terminator Safe Software CertificateCrawler Smileys has fulfilled all safeguard requirements and has been awarded the Spyware Terminator Safe Software Certificate.Aside from adware/spyware etc, your company has had major ethics problems for as long as I can remember, and I've seen nothing that convinces me anything's changed.I'm afraid, you'll find I'm not the only one that considers your sites/programs to be malicious. A little research will show you several vendors consider "applications" offered by your company, to be malicious. In short, I see no reason to remove your company's IP addresses from the blacklist at this time. Spyware Terminator admin #5 Posted December 22, 2009 Hi,I contacted Prevx and they fixed their wrong rating of our file as it was a false positive. Check here:http://www.prevx.com/filenames/X3360864763...RSETUP.EXE.htmlFree Crawler Toolbar that is installed frm www.funutilities.com is neither adware, nor any other kind of malware. It is a regular search toolbar just like Google Toolbar. It also has been certified by TRUSTe as safe software. Funutilities.com domain is rated as a safe domain by top companies such as Symantec:http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=...amp;x=0&y=0http://linkscanner.explabs.com/linkscanner...unutilities.comhttp://www.browserdefender.com/site/funutilities.com/Could you possibly let us know the reasons for adding our domain to your database with negative rating? If some of your arguments prove to be right, we will attempt to fix the problems so that you could change the rating of our domain in your database.Sincerely,Ivo KonzbulCrawler has long been considered spyware at best, and you're not helping yourself with this lot;http://www.robtex.com/cnet/64.135.77.htmlAnd need I point out this one?system-protect.comI'm sure I don't need to tell you what's wrong with that one.
