Error message when loading resident Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware"

Recommended Posts

I use registered "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" software to check my PC when it possibly have any malware. Also have this program resident executing the following command when Windows starts:

"C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe" /starttray

But sometimes it does not load as resident, giving me the error message shown in the attached file.

Then, I check my Windows tray and do not find the installation icon for "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" being resident.

In this case, I have to go "Start >> Run >> "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe" /starttray >> Enter" to get the program being resident.

What is the reason of this bug ?. What can I do to avoid the error?.

Thanks,
