What's the meaning of this, I doubt a file in cheat engine is a trojan, rootkit, or anything to do with an attacker stealing your information, hacktool I can see.

Who decided this is malware? Is it really worth deleting?

For reasons I will never understand people that build cracks/game mods/resource hackers........ love to use the same obfuscation and builder tech that malware authors use and thus are bombarded with heuristic malware detections .

The antivirus/antimalware industry moved past detecting a particular file on its own as malware long ago and everything now is based on "looking" or "acting" like malware so don't think that this file is actually singled out .

Zip and attach a copy of that file please so that I can take a look at it .
