Nasty spyware - please help?

Good afternoon.

I'm having a lot of trouble with malware. This forum, and the malwarebyes software, helped me get a leg up on it, but it's recently taken a turn for the worse. I'm not sure exactly which bad it is, but it uses lots of names like 1.tmp, 23.exe.

Safe mode is disabled - it goes to a blue screen of death.

Malwarebytes runs, but doesn't fix the problem.

SUPERANTISPYWARE had been doing a good job, but now goes to a blue screen of death a few seconds into the scan!

Internet links redirect to some buyonlinedating spam site.

I would love to kick this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
