MalwareBytes Has a Warning for My Company's Website

Hi,

Years ago we had some malware on our ecommerce website but we had the issue resolved. There has not been any malware on our website for years. Recently, a customer said he was using MalwareBytes while browing the internet, and when he came to our site, MalwareBytes warned him that our website was not safe, which is not true. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Please provide what web site is in question as you mentioned "our website" but you did not provide what web site that was. 
A  Malwarebytes Log of the desktop software blocking the site or a ScreenShot of Malwarebytes' Browser Guard blocking the site would be the most helpful.

Here is how to obtain a Malwarebytes v5.x log.

After saving the log.  Please attach it.
