Help please. I think i am infected

Lately my computer has been running very slow. I have also been redirect in my google searches to other sites that i do not want. I do not know if these are the right logs, as this is hwat a friend told me to do so i could post. I will add anything you'd like me to thank you. Any help is apreciated.
