mbam runtime 372 error

I have no taskbar and mbam won't run (runtime 372). I was unable to use the dds tool, and avira antivir didn't get past the preparing installation phase. Please let me know if anything is missing or needs to be added.

After additional attempts at a self-fix, I've found that most free scanners fail to run or find nothing. The microsoft free scanner returns 0 results, and the Symantec and McAfee scanners fail to download.
