Feature Request: Whitelist USB Devices forced to scan before use

Currently if the policy is "Allow USB Devices" you can configure it to "Block Device until scan is complete".  I would like the same feature made available for Whitelisted USB Devices.  Thanks to the Device Control feature we are now blocking all USB devices and whitelisting the ones necessary, but cant configure it so those whitelisted devices are forced to scan upon insertion.
