Dell d800 crashed!

If you're trying to pull data off of it then the only way I could think of would be to connect it as a secondary drive to another PC and then try to copy the data you want, but you'll want to be running XP Pro so you can give yourself permissions over all of the user folders on the drive.

If you connect the drive and it won't read, put it inside a ziploc bag and put it in the freezer for a day (I know, it sounds weird but I've seen it work :) ) and then connect it to the other PC again to try to read the data.
