Ok is there anything I should do?

Wait for the staff to verify.

 

If the notifications during gameplay bother you you can add the game exe to play mode.

Click Notifications in the sidebar to configure

• Play mode: Turn on this setting to suspend notifications when selected apps are open, like when playing a game, watching a movie, or giving a presentation. To stop notifications when you are using a specific app:
  1. Click Configure.
  2. On the Play mode page, click Add item.
  3. In the application finder, select the app you want to add.

I think I have that on already as I didn't notice it when I was playing a game(unless i missed it) it noticed it after quitting the game I'll double check next time I'm on my PC

That is how play mode works. You get the warnings after you quit the game, so they do not interfere with gameplay.

Ok  thanks is it anything to worry about? if possible I would like to know more about what this is about like if it's connected to steam in some way(  like for a game on promotion); or something else not related to steam which has inserted itself into steam folders

Looks like it is delerving AD's for Steam.I do not use Steam I cant advise further except to give you the following search results.
