The Dalaya Patcher is a utility designed fully in-house for updating game files for a specific use case related to an EverQuest private server. It operates within user-defined folders (typically the game installation folder) and its own AppData folder. The patcher uses MD5 hashing to identify outdated or missing game files, downloads updates from our server, and validates the installation afterward. Upon launch, the patcher downloads a text file from our server to check if a new version of the patcher is available. It also checks the availability of our wiki and enables/disables the relevant button accordingly. A user of our app reported getting a false positive and shared this with us: dalaya_patcher_1.0.7.zip I did read you need a file from the user for false positive reports.
