Malwarebytes closes after 2 seconds!

Hi can sombody help me?

I have a PC with Norton 2009 AV installed (status OK) and Malwarebytes anti malware, every time i reboot my pc since yesterday i am getting an error about generis host process caused violation and will close. Also my firewall keeps poping up saying its turned off, so i have tried running mbam and it wont update or scan (lasts for 2 seconds then closes).

i have tried in safe mode still no joy.

After doing a search i found Combofix i have followed the instructions and now have a log file but i do not understand it lol!

can someone help me please
