i keep getting PUP.Optional.MailRu

i had a laptop in the past before 5 years or so and i recall having MailRu as an engine accidently then switched it back to google now before like 2 years i got a pc so i abandoned the laptop and never used it again and before 2 days i synced google chrome gmail and it brought back the old data that i had on my laptop and now i keep getting this PUP thing i got 11 detections at first then i quarantined it and deleted it and i opened chrome again and got 8 detections so i quarantined it but didnt delete it and didnt get the PUP again but how am i supposed to get rid of it or is that just the solution to keep it in quarantine and never delete it ? (uploaded the 2 reports)
