SitePal

https://www.sitepal.com

is a product used by businesses to create speaking animated characters for use on their websites & web applications.

Our speaking characters are used for virtual sales & support, as well as many other uses.  Educators often use them as well as in the example below.

The way our product works in a nutshell:

Our customers create their speaking characters in the product portal on www.sitepal.com.  Then they copy a bit of Javascript embed code and place it in their web page where their SitePal speaking character is to appear. A rich JS API is available for our customers to customize their speaking character behavior and speech.

We've recently been advised by a customer that Malwarebytes is blocking their SitePal character from loading. Here is the example they shared with us.

Can you please check & enable?

Regards,

Gil

Hello, we've reviewed the data from the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
