Can anyone Please Help me, my PC is Infected.

Hi, I would very much appreciate any help I can get in fixing my PC.

Whenever I go to open an Application I get this poped up on my screen,

The application or DLL globalroot\Device\Ide\IdePort5\wfdsprp\wfdsprp\tdlcmd.dll is not a valid Windows image.

I don't have any idea where it had come from and don't know why it is showing up.

It is quite obvious that there isn't anyone here who can help me with my computer so could someone please direct me to a forum who can Help.

I have never come across a forum like this one that isn't willing to help someone who really needs it, this will be my last post here so you can bloody well lock it up and kill my account.
