Flattop Posted September 30 ID:1663976 Share Posted September 30 I'm using version 5.1.11.133. When I follow what is in the Help Document it tells me if I trust a quarantined item I can restore the item and have it entered into the allow list. So I use the Detection History tab. This takes me to where I can view the items that are quarantined. On this screen I only see two options- Restore or Delete. There is nothing there that also give me the Allow option. Is the Help Document in error? Am I not understanding the Help Document? I would like to do Restore and Allow.

After you restore, run a scan, once the scan completes either uncheck the box next to each item you wish to keep, or if they are all items belonging to the program you wish to exclude then click the empty checkbox at the top left of the list to clear all checkboxes then click Next and when prompted on what to do with the remaining items simply select the option to always ignore them and they will be added to your Allow List so that they will no longer be detected by scans or the Malware Protection component. Porthos Posted September 30 ID:1663979 Share Posted September 30 It would help and assist others if you can provide the log from the detection so we can check for possible false positives.
