Malwarebytes digital footprint

Hello everyone i recently got a pop up notification in chrome from malwarebytes browser guard saying i should do a digital footprint scan, i was unsure at first but after doing a bit of digging i decided to do the scan. Now the results arent the problem the problem is that now i cant scan those same emails again i keep getting the message "oops something went wrong please try again later" i waited for about a day and the same message pops up. Anyone know what is happening/what i should do? Thanks in advance i appreciate it!

Try running it from the Malwarebytes program.

I just tried that and i get the message "connection issue please check your connection and try again" i am just worried that something isnt wrong with my emails.

Are you using a VPN?

No i am not. I am conmected to my normal internet connection. At first i though it was becouse i scanned multiple times but my friend did the same thing and he scanned more than me and everything works for him still.

Try closing all programs and browsers and restart the computer.

If that fails, we need to wait for a staff member to look into it after the weekend.

I just did and the same thing comes up again. This shouldnt be a problem with the emails themselves should it? I created a new email to test this out and after a bit that same email (that i created that same day) could no longer be scanned.
