Repeated trojan website alerts coming from speedtest.exe - any way to mute?

In the last 4 or 5 days I started getting alerts about the desktop version of speedtest from OKLA somehow using a site with trojan malware for its speed testing (in theory it shouldn't be doing anything else).

Malwarebytes is indicating its blocked access which is fine - but everytime I wake the computer up I get that same notice for the last several days.

Is there a way to mute the notice?  I don't care if its blocking the site (doesn't seem to affect the speedtest.exe app), but its a bit annoying to get the same alert over and over.

Contents of the event log from malwarebytes attached.

Hi-

We've reviewed the data from the site(was hostsailor) again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've disabled the block in our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
