SetMe application is being closed after running Basic Repair function

We provide a SaaS remote support application,

designed for connecting to remote computers and performing remote computer administration (including the installation of AV software). Our product is primarily used by IT pros and trusted by thousands of users. The app is similar to LogMeIn Rescue, Teamviewer, GoToAssist and other remote support apps on the market.

Last week we received report from our customer indicating that they’re unable to remotely use AdwCleaner v8.4.2 because as soon as they’re running the “Run Basic Repair” function, AdwCleaner closes the remote session and the user loses the connection with the remote computer. Please see attached screenshot for reference. 

We tested AdwCleaner with a similar remote support product, Teamviewer, and confirmed that AdwCleaner doesn’t close Teamviewer when running the basic repair function.

We would like to ask that our application, which has a valid Digital Signature, is added to AdwCleaner’s whitelist to ensure that the application also remains open in this scenario.
