rorymi6 Posted September 18 ID:1661754 Share Posted September 18 Started a few weeks ago I deal with computer tech support and within the last few weeks several of my customers who have Malwarebytes on their computer are not now able to get remote access as they were able to. I use my preferred remote access program Anyviewer . Malwarebytes is blocking the app which is causing major issues as many of my customers are elderly or sight impaired which creates a major issue as I am now in a position whereby I cannot now help them or talk them through creating exception rules for Anyviewer in Malwarebytes. Clearly this is not good as it renders remote support useless as it appears this app is now blocked under RDP Are we able to get this app whitelisted from Malwarebytes end ? frustrated 😒

If the file is detected, post a MBAM Log in; File Detections If the Web site is blocked by MBAM, post a Log in; Website Blocking If it is Browser Guard, then grab a ScreenShot of the Block and post it in; Website Blocking Edited September 18 by David H.
