False positive

Ok so i am pretty sure this is a false positive,but even then can u properly check if it is?many antiviruses did not mark it as a virus but u guys marked these 2 files as heuristic 6 so kindly check it up,i believe its a false positive.Also do delete the files after the analysis is done,if possible kindly share why it was flagged as false positive?or if its a virus why its considered one by u guys?

I think if a software is not malicious it should not be marked as malicious in malware byte?its not about what i think u can check.regardless of its capability?or malware byte will flag the software if it does something specific e.g something that does something like scrap or maybe is piracy based will be flagged as malware by malware bytes due to its function?I know some antivirus who would do this but malwarebytes usually does not?or it does?
