MHunter Posted September 17 ID:1661446 Share Posted September 17 When I have Browser Guard enabled as an extension in Chrome, it stops accordions and dropdown menus from working on some (perfectly legitimate) websites. For example: https://www.ciep.uk/knowledge-hub/fact-sheets.html. If I turn Browser Guard off they work as expected. I've also not been able to access some sites at all, such as LinkedIn. Is there a way I can fix this please and still be able to use Browser Guard? Otherwise I'm just going to have to turn it off permanently. Link to post
Staff BjelakovicL Posted September 17 Staff ID:1661451 Share Posted September 17 Hi, Please try clearing Browser Guard storage: Link to post
Solution MHunter Posted September 17 Author Solution ID:1661454 Share Posted September 17 Thank you. Clearing the storage didn't change anything but I found a setting to allow Easylist on the example site I gave. Changing that from blocking it resolves the problem of accordions etc. Does that help you understand the issue? Link to post
Staff BjelakovicL Posted September 17 Staff ID:1661463 Share Posted September 17 Thanks. I have added www.ciep.uk to the Easylist whitelist. It should take about 30 minutes for the changes to take effect. Link to post
MHunter Posted September 17 Author ID:1661468 Share Posted September 17 Thanks very much. Hopefully that's now fixed. Now to see whether I still have problems with LinkedIn etc... Link to post
