Downloaded a Trojan, now files won’t open 15 seconds after start up

I currently have a Trojan that prevents me from opening any application that isn’t windows file explorer 15 seconds after startup, oddly I can open any application within those 15 seconds but afterwards they stop working and no new applications can be opened.

Need a solution, it’s been a week since I’ve tried the solutions I’ve seen on this site regarding similar issues

The logs sure don't support what you were saying. There are no obvious signs of an infection.

Please restart into Normal Mode and try running all of the following and post back the logs

Tried running these in normal mode, Issues were that they would stop working after the 15 second window passed, these were the logs I could get from normal mode @AdvancedSetup

Again, not seeing anything immediately to account for killing off applications.

Do you have access to another computer so that you can build a Windows installation disk to do a Repair Install?
