Need registration help..

I bought the Defender Pro 2010 from a retail store, download and virus removal was great.

But I dont see all the options listed.... do I need to register it to get all 15 options ?

I try'd to register but it wont take the license ID or Password.

That's not our product so that question would be better asked at Defender Pro's own support area, but yes, according to their knowledge base it appears you do need to register it. They also have a trouble ticket system there and a live chat function.
