Unsure if it is a false positive but website is

I downloaded the portable version and when I launched it nile.exe was detected as malware and quarantined

If the exe is viewed through archive the location is Heroic Launcher\Heroic-2.15.1-Portable-x64.exe\$PLUGINSDIR\app-64.7z\resources\app.asar.unpacked\build\bin\x64\win32\nile.exe

This is the virustotal of the entire portable exe which doesn't come up as suspicious until the exe is launched when the temp folder is created  in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp

Heroic Launcher is included on the Steam Deck Discover Store from Valve, so might be possible this is a false positive for the Windows portable version. Checked with chocolatey site just to make sure the virustotal results for the portable exe was the same and checksums matched to double check to make sure portable isntall was from same source. https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/heroic-games-launcher.portable
