Thanks for reporting, additional whitelisting will be added.

Can you have the customer provide logs? The directions are listed here. (https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039025553-Gather-diagnostic-logs-with-the-Support-Tool-for-Windows)

I am trying to figure out why the initial whitelisting did not work for the customer.
