Laufumo11 Posted September 9 ID:1659930 Share Posted September 9 Dear Malwarebytes team members, 3 days ago my computer which is quite old started to regularly freeze a few seconds or minutes after startup. After checking the state of the RAM, motherboard and memory it seems my components are fine. I then tried to run a scan with Malwarebytes which detects some malwares but my computer but my computer freezes before the end of the scan at more or less the same file count. I tried using ADWcleaner and microsoft safety scanner who find a decent number of undesirable or infected files but the problem is still happening. The freezes occur when I try to scan with malwarebytes or if I try to go "too fast" and launch a program directly when starting. When stopping the Malwarebytes analysis before the "crashing point", WR64.SYS is repeatedly detected and quarantined but is still present it my files (see attached report). I did the FRST analysis and here are the logs. Thanks in advance Malwarebytes Compte-rendu d’analyse 2024-09-09 083127.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
