I think I know why people are getting command line parameter errors. You are probably trying to update 0.81 or lower to 0.83. Only 0.82 will update correctly to something higher. As for the hang in the scan, looking into it.

Thanks to Marcin my .82 to .83 upgrade bug problems were resolved and the build is scanning quickly and running fine!
