Hello everyone, Im new here and I need help.

My computer has been infected with a HTML script infection. I have Avast antivirus software which cant get rid of it. Ive tried to download malwarebytes anti malware but it gets to 99% then stops. Ive tried to download Trend micro Hijackthis - same again, gets to 99% then stops.

Does anyone know what to do and what the risks are from this virus? :):(
