HMP Posted August 14 Author ID:1654942 Share Posted August 14 Hello again Still having trouble activating Malwarebytes. Describes here my procedure for activating Malwarebytes. My activation code consists of license id and license key. That's why I downloaded Malwarebytes v. 4.6.14.402 from your link. In Malwarebytes v.4.6.14.402, I use activate subscription to enter the license id and license key but get the feedback You've hit your device limit. I then go into account under settings in Malwarebytes and deactivate existing subscription, try again with activate subscription without success, same pub up You´ve hit your device limit. Tried waiting a day after disabling existing subscription in Malwarebytes but no luck still unable to subscribe Malwarebytes. I need to deactivate my previous subscription but how. HMP Posted August 14 Author ID:1654944 Share Posted August 14 There is no subscription of my Malwarebyte on my account so I can't deactivate from there. Malwarebyte has worked fine from v.4 to v.5, with all updates for a long time. The problem occurred after I reset Windows 11.
