[ RESOLVED ] Acronis True Image 2025 & Malwarebytes Premium

I never expected any overnight fix,  i'm fine with whatever time it takes for a full fix in the matter     Then i can get back to fully enjoying Other Computer tasks, and less troubleshooting hopefully for a long time lol.     

I've done about 4-5 Remote Sessions with Acronis support and possibly another one sometime soon with Expert support on there side, except having issues now scheduling next session with them lol,  OnceHub keeps saying booking not complete due to communication issue, please try again later lol

The Engineering Team is actively working to resolve this conflict.  In the meantime, if you turn off Malware & PUP protection while performing Acronis Backup, it will complete properly.

I'll post in here once it has been fixed.

We just released a Beta Refresh that addresses this issue

Version 5.1.9.124 Component Update 1.0.5014

  • Open Malwarebytes > Settings
  • Enable Beta Updates
  • Check for Updates

Turn Malware & PUP protection back on and try Acronis Backup again. Let us know if it fixed the issue.

The engineering team has found the source of the problem! A fix will be forthcoming soon. There is only one file that requires replacing.

Thank you for that information. I have been working with support to test the resolution and determined that it, in fact, corrected the problem. I just sent them the results of my testing. Good Job!

Gonna do a backup of system later on here!!   just completed my First Clean Install on Gamer24 Desktop,  as didn't when i received system on July 12th, so decided to go ahead and do 1, so its all fresh Windows 11 Pro Install, since upgraded from Home a little bit after

Did 1 Backup eariler after the clean install with Malware & Pup protection disabled and it finished successfully,  second one gonna be the fully full one lol
