Ransomware that i couldn't find any info about

Hello everyone,

I stumbled upon a ransomware that i couldn't find any info about on the internet, the encrypted files end with ".kasper" extension.

Here is a picture of the readme file attached:

 

Any information would be much appreciated, thank you.

Please upload the Ransom Note and/or an encrypted data file sample to ID Ransomware  it will tell you if there is a decryptor.
