Also just as a bit of General info

A quick scan is all that is required (usually lasting maximum ~ 10mins)

At the end of the scan, make sure to remove all found Malwares (you need to select these manually)

And .part is a broken downloaded file, it is not exactly the actual exe you searched for

Oh by the way, I always remove all found malwares, all seems ok :)
