So the wrong windows 11 usb causes Windows Defender and Firewall to be disabled, my mouse to stop functioning, along with any Anti Virus I try to use to be disabled? And permissions removed from running them repeatedly after formatting all drives?

I can try the installation assistant if that’s the recommended action. If the laptop stops working at least I tried. You all know more about pcs than I do.

Uninstall the following if you do not want to screw up the computer again.

Kerish PC Doctor - Do you have a paid version of this?

Tweaking.com - Windows Repair

Spybot - Search & Destroy. it is next to useless in 2024

Do you have a paid subscription to Malwarebytes?

Is there a program that can take a screenshot on the laptop? If I had one I would have done it that way.

Kerish Pc Doctor I do have a paid subscription to. It helps me find drivers, and add my computer and other icon's like control panel to desktop to desktop, because the virus or whatever was present kept removing those options.
Tweaking Windows Repair is a program I used to get to safe mode, to restore my toolbar that kept being removed.

The virus or whatever I had disabled malwarebytes completely (first it did a three second scan, then it would not even let me open it.) So I did not buy a subscription to it yet. I plan to do so when I get paid.
At first I thought Windows Updates were removing the toolbar, until Avast got altered, Malwarebytes got blocked, Windows Defender and Firewall were blocked and settings removed. I came here for help when I realized this was over my head.
